Data collected through the contact form
If you contact us through the form, we collect the information you enter there: name, email address, company or organisation (optional), the type of enquiry you selected and your message. Every enquiry is additionally recorded with the language version used and the time it was submitted.
The IP address of the submitting device is temporarily processed in order to detect and limit automated spam submissions.
Purpose and legal basis

Transmission, hosting and delivery
The enquiry is transmitted over the internet and forwarded to the responsible mailbox using the hosting and email delivery services we operate the website with. These providers process your data on our behalf and only for this purpose.
The web fonts used by this website are hosted locally. No cookies and no analytics, advertising or tracking tools are used on this website.
Storage period
We delete your data as soon as your enquiry has been handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
